Crue Fest 2008
Motley Crue has announced it will kick off “Crue Fest 2008,” a two-month tour being billed as the summer’s “Loudest Show on Earth,” beginning in July. So far, the Crue tour dates are scheduled in 40 major cities beween July and August. The touring rock festival will also feature Buckcherry, Papa Roach, Sixx: A.M. and Trapt.
The band’s new album, “Saints of Los Angeles,” is scheduled to hit shelves on June 17. The album marks the first time in more than a decade that the original members have recorded in the studio. “Rock Band” is a game that challenges players to put together a band, master lead and bass guitar, drums and vocals, and go on tour. The single was released as a downloadable, playable track through “Rock Band” on Tuesday. It’s currently available for download for 99 cents via Xbox LIVE Marketplace and will also become available Thursday via the Playstation Store.
